Moving on from History Reference Journals (The Main Characters) I thought it would be a good idea to compile a Journal with Actual News of the Day for some of those Main Characters and others for the districts between the Hokianga and Kaipara. These are readily available on line but having them sorted in a time line and compiled with headings should help the reader to pick up at any time and peruse through.  Just like a newspaper of the day.
